I get that too when i'm trying to play vs west coast players from europe ( ~= 150ms+ ping). Tho not always...

But other than that, it works fine. Played 2v2 this afternoon with 1.04 + VPN.

those issues everybody has with playing ra3 via hamchi are due to hamchi/network issues and the bad network code of ra3 rather than due to 1.04i suppose. i played all day with 1.04, and it worked as bad/well as playing with 1.00.
